If you have not received an email from the American Heart Association you must go to the following website to claim your certification(s): http://www.heart.org/mycards
The website will request your name and email (exactly as entered during your training); your certification(s) will be available for download.
If your certification was issued by Public Safety Education Group or you are having issues retrieving your American Heart Association certification:
Email steven@publicsafetyeducation.org with the following information:
- First and last name used for certification
- Date class was taken
- Location class was attended
- Lost/missing card type(s)
If you need certification verification, email steven@publicsafetyeducation.org with the name and class date.
